Terms and Conditions “TIRA Glam Makeover Offer”

  • Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before availing the Tira Makeup Consultation Promotional Offer (“Offer”) organized by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited (“Company”) under the licensing arrangement with Nexus Select Trust (“Nexus”), in association with Reliance Retail Limited (operating through its brand TIRA) (“TIRA”) on www.shopnexusone.com ("Website") including the related mobile site (if any) (collectively referred to as the (“Platform”). By participating in this Offer, the eligible user (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set out below.

    • I

      Offer Details

    • 1.

      Offer Description: The Participant who places a minimum order value of INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) or more on the Platform during the Offer Period set out below, shall be eligible for a free glam makeover at the TIRA store located at Nexus Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai.

    • 2.

      Offer Period: Only valid orders placed on the Platform during the period from 1st June, 2026 to 30th June, 2026 shall qualify for the Offer, and the Offer may be redeemed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of such valid, qualifying order (the “Offer Period”).

    • 3.

      Vouchers: No voucher, coupon, or redemption code shall be generated or issued under this Offer.

    • II.

      Redemption

    • 1.

      Eligible Participants may directly visit and must present valid proof of their valid, qualifying order at the TIRA store located at Nexus Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai, in order to redeem the Offer.

    • 2.

      Participant’s eligibility and redemption under the Offer shall be strictly subject to successful verification of the Participant’s qualifying order details on the Platform, as maintained in the Company’s records, and the Company reserves the right to deny redemption at its sole discretion, with or without assigning any reason, including for reasons of suspected fraud, tampering, or misuse.

    • 3.

      The Offer is only for 1 (one) complimentary makeup consultation only and does not include any product offers, discounts or complimentary items or any other consideration.

    • 4.

      The Offer must be availed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of valid, qualifying order placed on the Platform.

    • III

      Offer Usage Terms

    • 1.

      The Offer is valid only for makeup consultation services available at the TIRA store in Nexus Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai.

    • 2.

      Eligibility shall be validated based on the Participant’s registered order details on the Platform.

    • 3.

      The Offer is valid for one-time redemption only and cannot be reused or transferred.

    • 4.

      The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-encashable.

    • 5.

      Once the consultation is availed, whether partially or fully, the Offer shall be deemed fully utilized.

    • 6.

      Failure or delay to redeem the Offer within the Offer Period shall result in lapse, without any replacement, reissue, or compensation in any form.

    • 7.

      The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional scheme, discount, coupon, loyalty benefit, ongoing offer, or bundled service offered by TIRA.

    • 8.

      All services and customer experience under the Offer are subject to TIRA’s applicable service policies, terms, and conditions prevailing at the time of redemption.

    • 9.

      Nexus 247 and the Company shall have no obligation to arrange appointments on behalf of the Participant or intervene in any service-related matters with TIRA.

    • 10.

      For booking, rescheduling, cancellation, escalations or other redemption-related assistance, Participants may contact TIRA Customer Support at 9850687319.

    • 11.

      All booking related requests, rescheduling, cancellations, experience related escalations or service-related concerns shall be handled exclusively and directly by TIRA. If a Participant contacts Nexus 247 customer care regarding this Offer, such queries shall be redirected to TIRA.

    • IV

      General Terms

    • 1.

      The Offer is valid only for users registered on the Platform and having placed a valid, eligible qualifying order during the Offer Period.

    • 2.

      The Offer is subject to validation and audit by the Company. The Company’s determination of eligibility shall be final and binding.

    • 3.

      The Company shall not be responsible or liable for: a)Any incorrect, outdated, or incomplete Participant information; b)Any technical, communication, booking or slot availability, network, server or other operational issues (including without limitation any delay or non-receipt of messages or service-related communications) at TIRA; c)Participant’s failure to redeem the Offer within the Offer Period; d)Force majeure events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control; e)The quality, adequacy, safety, availability, or outcome of the makeup consultation services provided by TIRA.

    • 4.

      The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

    • 5.

      The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or breach of these Terms, or any related misconduct.

    • 6.

      These Terms are supplemental to, and shall be read in conjunction with, the general Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy of the Platform available on the Platform. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of all such terms.

    • 7.

      These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Offer.
