Terms and Conditions “NexusONE Flat ₹500 Off Offer”

  • Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before availing of the NexusONE Flat ₹500/- off (“the Offer”) being organized by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited (“Company”) the marketplace operator of www.shopnexusone.com ("Website") including the related mobile site (if any) (collectively called “Platform”). By participating in this Offer, the registered user (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that they satisfy all the Offer eligibility requirements as set out below.

      Offer Details

    • 1.

      Flat ₹500 Off: Shop any product on the Website  and get a flat ₹500/- discount on the purchase value.

    • 2.

      The discount shall be auto-applied at checkout before final payment.

    • 3.

      The Offer is applicable only if the Participant makes payment on the Platform, effective from April 01, 2026.

    • II.

      Eligibility

    • 1.

      The Participant must be a registered user on the Website.

    • 2.

      To avail the Offer, the Participant must log in with their account credentials or create a registered account on the Platform.

    • 3.

      The Offer applies when the Participant adds eligible products to the cart. There is a minimum cart value of ₹1,000/- required to activate the Offer.

      Terms and Conditions

    • 1.

      The Offer is applicable to all registered users and may be used multiple times, provided that the minimum cart value of ₹1,000/- is met for each transaction.

    • 2.

      In the event an order placed under the Offer is incomplete or the product is unavailable, the Participant shall be entitled to re-avail the Offer in a subsequent transaction, subject to meeting the minimum cart value of ₹1,000/-.

    • 3.

      The Offer is strictly non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, converted into store credit, or combined with any other promotional scheme available on the Platform.

    • 4.

      The Offer is applicable on all products listed on the Platform, subject to stock availability and applicable terms.

    • 5.

      Participants may avail the Offer across all brands available on the Platform.

    • 6.

      The Company shall not be held responsible or liable in any case, including but not limited to: a)Product unavailability as confirmed by the brand/seller; b)Order cancellation by the brand/seller; c)Inability of the Participant to avail the Offer due to force majeure events, technical/server issues, or disruptions; d)Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company; e)Fraudulent, suspicious, or invalid transactions; in which case the Company reserves the right to revoke the Offer; f)Network failures, computer/software errors, or lost/delayed/misdirected entries; g)All orders placed pursuant to this Offer remain subject to the general Terms And Conditions of the Platform; h)The Offer shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.

    • 7.

      Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

    • 8.

      In case of any disputes arising in connection with this Offer, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all Participants. No correspondence or representation shall be entertained in this regard.

    • 9.

      The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or proceedings arising due to: a)Breach of these Terms by the Participant; b)Violation of any applicable laws; c)Negligence, misconduct, or misrepresentation by the Participant.

    • 10.

      These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer.
